Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened hair care products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at unicornsmanellc@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number.
